So we went to Dokkyo University today and met some of our same friends from last week. Keep praying for H, she is hungry for the word and God is truly moving in her heart!

But today something incredible happened! Before we met with our friend M for a bible study we had a little bit of free time. So we decided to go to the bible club on campus and visit some of our friends. It was here that we met Y, who told us that he was not yet a Christian, but has been involved with the Christian club activities all through college and even grew up in a Christian home!

We asked him why he was not a Christian yet, and he explained that he knew he had to get his heart right first and also that he was not perfect therefore he knew he couldn't be a Christian yet.

We were taken back by how he had been fooled by Satan for so long! We explained "God wants you just as you are!" And that it is by grace we are saved, not by anything we do. We shared with him Romans 10:9-10 and how through this verse we can be sure of our salvation by simply confessing Jesus is Lord and believing in our heart that God raised him from the dead.

So we said do you believe this? He said YES!

Then an hour after we asked him this same question earlier, we asked him again..

"Y, Christian des ka?" (Y, are you a Christian?)

"Hai!" (Yes!)

He said that he was so relieved to finally know this answer that he had been battling with for so long now! His Christian friend was with us when this happened and she began to cry over him as she had been praying for him so long now!

I wouldn't trade being here in the middle of all this for nothing, I promise not one thing compares you Lord as you continue to amaze me!
